10u, 11u, and 12u Players:

• $375 per player
• $200 non-refundable deposit required. Balance due the day before the tournament starts.

13u, 14u, 15u, and 18u Players:

• $395 per player
• $200 non-refundable deposit required. Final payments are due one day before the game starts.

Flights:

• We are trying to charter a Hawaiian Airlines Kado Plane. If successful, we will expect the players and one parent to fly with the team. We will update you as soon as possible about this.
