About Us

The rich history of Kado Baseball began with the cultivation of a love for the game of baseball on the island of Oahu. Because of the example set by positive coaching experiences that came before us, this set up the foundation for the success we have experienced today in seeing the lives of the kids and families in our communities changed forever. This is why we do what we do. Through the K.A.D.O. way, our focus is to shape kids into great players and great members of their communities. Regardless of age or skill level, we maintain a detail-oriented approach and take pride in finding and addressing the needs of each player. Through a passionate group of coaches and staff, we foster a love for the game by treating each kid like they’re our own. We aren’t here to roll the balls out onto the field. We are here to help kids. Our goal is to meet kids where they are and walk life with them along their baseball journey, wherever they may lead.

We serve any player who wants to show up and commit to getting better, desires to reach their athletic potential, who loves the game, and is eager to see themselves improve. At the end of the day, we want to invest in players who want to work because we believe that hard work works, on the diamond and in life.
